For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

In general I really like it, bought for commercial purposes, stickers for the quality are super. The app works quickly, easy to use. Connects to the phone through the app, very quickly. In the application itself, you can create templates and save, templates can be edited. There is a paid subscription. The paid subscription includes different fonts, additional stickers, as well as ready-made templates. But it is quite possible to use it without a paid subscription.

It's lovely, I barely read instructions, downloaded app and did test print. It is very intuitive and has many resources, something I noticed is that it requires a membership to have access to certain elements, templates and images, but with those it has (both icons, fonts and uploading our photographs) is more than enough.
